Garland Properties was founded in 2012 by Aaron Garland and is a division of the Garland family development business. We focus on the development and restoration of numerous historic properties in Roanoke, VA and the surrounding areas. Our properties are beautifully maintained, feature LEED certified components, and use recycled materials to reduce their environmental footprint.
